Global public policy cooperation

In recent years, a new breed of governance has emerged in response to the rapidly changing conditions of a globalizing world.  Known to some people as global public policy networks, or GPPNs, these innovative groups bring various partners--governments, international organizations, the private sector, and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs)--together under the umbrella of a cohesive working group to address shared international challenges.
